Welcome to Moshe Peretz Investments (the "Site"). Use of the Site, including all of its content and services, is subject to the terms set out in this document (the "Terms of Use"). Use of the Site — including viewing content, submitting the contact form, or using any other service — constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of everything stated in these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Definitions
- "The Site" — the website at https://mosheperez.com, including all of its content, services, and interfaces.
- "The Operator" — Moshe Peretz, the operator of the Site.
- "User" — any person or entity using the Site, whether as an active visitor or as a viewer.
- "Content" — texts, images, videos, graphics, designs, code, information, and any other material appearing on the Site.
2. Nature of service — essential legal disclaimer
The Operator is not a licensed investment advisor, portfolio manager, or pension advisor under Israel's Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing, and Portfolio Management Law, 5755–1995.
All content appearing on the Site — including articles, videos, classes, analyses, social-media posts, and any recommendations — is provided for educational, informational, and general knowledge-sharing purposes only, and does not constitute in any way:
- Investment advice as defined by law.
- Investment marketing or a recommendation to buy/sell any security, cryptocurrency, precious metal, or any other asset.
- Pension advice or tax advice.
- A substitute for personalized professional advice from a properly licensed individual.

3. Investment risks
Capital markets, the crypto market, the precious-metals market, and any other financial market involve significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Risk of full or partial loss of investment capital.
- Sharp and unpredictable price volatility.
- Liquidity, currency, and regulatory risks.
- Risks of fraud, loss of access to digital wallets, and cyber breaches.
Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. The user declares that they understand the risks involved in investing and that they act based on their own independent judgment.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including design, logos, text, graphics, source code, structure, images, and videos — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its respective rights holders, and is protected under Israeli intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Law, 5768–2007.
Content may not be copied, duplicated, published, distributed, broadcast, sold, displayed, or used commercially in any way without prior written approval from the Operator. Permitted use is personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Site usage rules
The user undertakes:
- To use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with Israeli law.
- Not to harm the Site, its proper operation, or other users' rights.
- Not to upload, distribute, or publish offensive, defamatory, pornographic, copyright-infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Not to attempt to penetrate, hack, or disrupt the Site's systems.
- Not to use bots, automated scripts, or technological means to scrape information.
- To provide accurate and complete details on the contact form.
6. Privacy
Use of the Site is subject to the Site's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
7. Contact form and WhatsApp delivery
The contact form on the Site delivers inquiries directly to the Operator's WhatsApp account. Use of WhatsApp is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of WhatsApp LLC (Meta). The Operator is not responsible for the policies of external services.
8. Links to external sites
The Site may contain links to external sites that are not under the Operator's control. The Operator is not responsible for the content, security, policies, or use of those sites. Visiting external sites is at the user's sole responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
Use of the Site is at the user's sole responsibility. The Site, its content, and the services provided are supplied "As-Is", without any representation, warranty, or commitment of any kind.
The Operator, including anyone acting on its behalf, shall not bear liability for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — including loss of profits, capital, business opportunity, information, or reputational damage, arising from or related to the use of the Site, its content, or reliance on it.
The Operator does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously, error-free, or without interruption, nor that it will be free of viruses or malicious code.
10. Changes to the Site and Terms
The Operator reserves the right to change, update, add to, or remove content, services, or terms of use at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes consent to the changes.
11. Termination
The Operator may block or restrict a user's access to the Site, at its sole discretion, in cases of breach of these Terms, abusive use, or any other reason, and without prior notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms — and any dispute, claim, or demand arising out of or relating to them — shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to international conflict-of-laws rules.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district, and the parties hereby waive any forum non conveniens defense.
13. Miscellaneous
The invalidity or non-enforcement of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Section headings are for ease of reading only and shall not be used for interpretation.
