1. Background and commitment
Moshe Peretz Investments (the "Site") views digital accessibility as a core value, and is committed to making its services accessible to the public, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998 and the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013.
2. Accessibility level
The Site aims to meet the AA accessibility level under the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) of the W3C consortium, and in line with Israeli Standard 5568.
3. Accessibility measures implemented
- Proper semantic structure (HTML5) supporting screen-reader navigation.
- ALT labels for all content-bearing images.
- Color contrast ratios that meet required guidelines.
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Esc).
- Hierarchical heading structure (H1, H2, H3) for efficient navigation.
- Full text content with proper LTR (and RTL on the Hebrew site) support.
- Accessibility toolbar to enlarge text, enable high contrast, and highlight links (see the accessibility button at the bottom-right of the screen).
- Accessibility menu activated with a single click.
4. Browser-level accessibility options
In addition to the Site's accessibility tools, you can use the built-in accessibility options of major browsers:
- Increase text size: Ctrl + "+" (Windows) or Cmd + "+" (Mac).
- Decrease text size: Ctrl + "-" (Windows) or Cmd + "-" (Mac).
- Reset zoom: Ctrl + "0" (Windows) or Cmd + "0" (Mac).
- Built-in screen readers: Narrator (Windows), VoiceOver (Mac/iOS), TalkBack (Android).
5. Accessibility limitations and exemptions
Despite our efforts to make all components of the Site accessible, there may be parts or content that have not yet been fully accessibility-adjusted, including:
- External content (such as embedded videos, third-party services) outside the Site's control.
- Documents or historical files uploaded prior to the date of this statement.
- Complex graphic content (such as infographics) that may not be fully accessible.
We continuously work to improve accessibility and add adjustments as needed.
